I truly hate the makers of this app and website/business with all my heart and soul, and theres enough review here for people who want more in depth and detailed reasonings but I dont have time to find out cause now I have to figure out how Im gonna eat when this app scammed me out of $50

App ever. Great discounts at good spots. Dont forget to tip ur server on the original amount though, cmon dont be cheap skates ppl.

If its "restaurant.com" shouldnt it have real restaurants?? If I wanted a pizza parlor or coffee house, Id go to small food eateries.com!! Where is the list of actual restaurants?? Scam scam scam. Shame on you guys. What a joke this is.

Difficult to use app as it keeps requesting location and continually logs you out. I am able to use the certificates with the app but wasnt able to buy them with the app; just do everything on computer and use the app to validate the deals you purchased.

I have not been able to find a single restaurant to accept this crap. Not even the ones that are advertised!

Bought (3) 50.00 cards through Verizon. Not many restaurants even accept the 50.00 card and the ones that do, you have to spend a 100.00 to even get to use it.

...and I have been doing this a long, long time. Short on instructions, freezes on iPad and iPhone, wont let me enter more than one code and there are few restaurants in my area. Was lured by InfiniteEnergy to change my gas provider using these cards...more than worthless.

This app is a nightmare. Everytime you want to look for a restaurant you have to log in even if you didnt close the app. I am about to use one of my coupons but I cant because I login with my Facebook account and NOW it is not recognizing Facebook. So I am screwed because I can retrieve my coupons numbers. Nightmare, this app is truly a nightmare.

Deals are decent if you know what you are looking for and your eating for at least 2 or more. You could save $$$. But the app is horrible, keeps crashing, doesnt save info so you have to type your username in every time, links to facebook which fails half the time. Wouldnt buy anything from here purely based on how bad this app is.

Please, please fix these issues. 1. Stop asking for repeated logins after you go to Account. The logins does not stick. 2. Fix redeeming gift card. Works in desktop but not mobile or app.

If you know how to get the most out of Restaurant.com offers, this is a useful app. You can access your purchased certificates, search for new/nearby offers and keep track of any gift cards or credits. The annoying thing is that I have to sign in every time you access the app. I cant find a way to save my info so I dont have to type in the user name and password every time. Its not an app I use frequently, so it would be nice if I didnt have to do this each time I want to use it.

Restaurant that they have listed for discounts will not accept the discount. I could not use the gift card either. There must be a reason why they dont list participating restaurant. I tried giving them a 0 rating but it would not accept 0 so I gave it a 1 *. Please subtract 1 million.

Ive been trying to redeem a certificate for 15 minutes which was a part of my husbands birthday gift. And the app keeps closing out and making me enter my email and password over and over again. (Super frustrating) If I try to select a restaurant, it closes out. (Even more frustrating) The convenience of doing anything via the mobile app DOES NOT exist. So I guess Ill have to wait to get to my laptop.

Wont even let me create an account. "Somethings gone awry please try again later" 12/26 and 12/27. annoyed that I received this as a gift and it already seems scam-like.

This app is incredibly faulty, as well as Restaurant.coms business model (borderline unethical). 1) The apps user interface is a joke and riddled with bugs. The app CONSTANTLY logs me off, and at one point I went to a restaurant and couldnt purchase the gift certificate because the app didnt recognize my credentials (despite the fact my credentials were 100% correct). So I had to pay full price at the restaurant. 2) The business model is unethical. It only really works if youre dining with 3 or more people. Of course, Restaurant.com wont tell you this. They partner with restaurants that are generally cheap to begin with and structure the pricing/certificate model in a way that makes it very unlikely for 1 or 2 people to meet the minimum.

This app does not remember your login info, current location doesnt work, search capability needs to be enhanced, and a perk would be to pull a more valid star rating such as from Yelp or something. This app needs some serious help.

It wouldnt let me find out what my coupon code was good for or let my phone turn gps on for it to work

Needs to only use location secs when app is running and add 3D Touch for active certificates. Also need to add certificates to wallet

Sitting in a restaurant where I need it to work and it keeps kicking me out. I get two steps in... crash... start over... one step in... crash.

The restaurant that I got the certificate for is CLOSED!!! The idea behind this app is great but it was a complete waste. They need to update the database!
