It works fine when I am connected to wi-fi.. But as soon as I go on lte it stops working!!! I want to be able to use my certificates but now I need to print them... Same problem with the mobile site!! Please fix the issue!! It is such an inconvenience.

I was excited at first, then became disappointed very quickly. I bought a $50 gift certificate to my favorite pizza place since I order there often. Well when I go to use it I realized it says I must spend a minimum of $100! What? Who would order that much? Ridiculous. I only wish I could get my money back because its now a waste. Im happy with my $5 burger certificate as it requires a $10 min which is responsible but its not worth the hassle

There is a total of 10-12 "restaurants" in my area. All of them are complete hole in the walls or places I would never go to due to being in bad areas. Through work I got two 50.00 certificates for 26.00. I understand how the process works but in order to spend 50.00 at some of these restaurants, just to get 25.00 off, I would have to purchase the lease from the place as some of the places food only cost 6.00. Ridiculous and a complete waste of $26.00. This may be better for Big Citys.

Be sure to read the fine print. You must spend at least $50 before you can use the discount. I am not impressed. They need to be more upfront with all of the restrictions. I do NOT recommend this app or their business model.

Everyone is complaining about the program, which is not completely free, but that is ok. Theres still a discount. The app itself, though, works ok. The major gripe I have is that I have to keep logging in. There isnt an option to stay logged in or remember my email, at least. I prefer to stay logged in. PLEASE FIX! The search is decent.

This app is horrible . Gives errors and doesnt work.

Merely a re-creation of the mobile site. Doesnt even have the functionality of the desktop site. Cannot exchange certificates in the mobile site or in this "app". Dont waste your time.

Its such a great app! I especially like it for traveling and trying new restaurants

There is no zero star I can give so 1 star. I have been trying to use their certificate for few months now. I live in Princeton area which has tons of good restaurants, none of them are in restaurant.com list. All those restaurants they advertise are not good at all. It is a rip off and false advertisement. Avoid buying their certificates.

It doesnt remember you logged in just seconds ago so you have to log in when you select a new function. Keeps asking for credit card when Im trying to pay with a gift card in my account. Terrible. Use their web site instead.

My password is pretty much the same on most of my accounts, and for some reason, my password isnt correct when I use this app. And when I go to the Forgot Password page, my email address is UNDEFINED. I have emailed them and gotten 0 response! Waste of money. Scam artists.

My gripe is about the app itself, not the service. It doesnt remember login info and constantly kicks you out. Its slow and klunky and a huge pain to use. They need to totally revamp it do it actually works.

I cant think of a way to make this app more difficult and painful to use. It should not be allowed in the App Store. The login is also not persistent so you have to resubmit your credentials every time. No updates in ~2 years. Bugs and issues throughout.

The app is worthless as it appears to only work on wifi. Three times now Ive tried to access the app over cellular to use my certificates and it hasnt worked. Works great at home on wifi. Same thing with their website. Great deals though but seriously you can only use it over wifi?

The user interface is ugly. You cant even login in your account! Its a crap!

If I could put 0 stars I would! This is the biggest joke! If you have a "gift card" code.. You cant use more then 1 at a time so you end up not having enough to be able to purchase anything..

#1 - I received an egift card to restaurant.com. I downloaded the app, found a restaurant I wanted to try, entered my code and clicked the redeem button but the app didnt do anything. I clicked it again, and a couple more times because it still didnt do anything... it just sat there... frozen... no confirmation... nothing. Then all of a sudden I HAD PURCHASED 4 CERTIFICATES when I had no intention to do so!! #2 - There is no place on the app, nor on their website, to view the remaining balance on my egift card. It doesnt show up under "Gift Cards" and there is no “Save this Gift Card to my account” button anywhere to be found. #3 - why do I have to sign in every. single. time. I click on "Account". Not just each time I open the app, but even when the app is already open and I click back and forth between "My Certificates" and "Account". Thats just redundant. I probably wont be using restaurant.com anytime in the near future. I just really, really hope I like this pizza place!

This app is so frustrating since it rarely ever loads or lets me sign into my account or view my certificates. Majority of time, I never get past the loading page. It just continuously trying to load! Worst and slowest app ever!
